This text has been prepared by the Personal Data Protection Authority (Nasuh Akar Mahallesi 1407. Sok. No:4, 06520 Çankaya/Ankara) as the data controller, in accordance with Article 10 of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 and the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles for Fulfilling the Obligation to Inform.

The purpose of this Cookie Clarification Text is to inform you about the types of cookies we use, their purposes, legal basis, and your rights concerning the processing of personal data obtained automatically through the placement of cookies on your device on our website.

On our website, only first-party session and persistent cookies, which are strictly necessary for the provision of the service, are used.

Types of Cookies

First-party and third-party cookies: First-party cookies are placed by the website directly visited by the user, i.e., the address shown in the browser's address bar. Third-party cookies are placed by a different domain other than the one the user visits. In this context, only first-party cookies are used on our website.

A) A first-party persistent cookie named "cookiesession1" (stored for one year) is used to verify if subsequent requests to the website are reliable.

B) A first-party session cookie named "ASP.NET_SessionId" is used to determine the language in which visitors view the web page.

C) A first-party persistent cookie named "cookiepolicy_status" (stored for one year) is used to confirm the acknowledgment of the cookie clarification text.

Your personal data is processed by associating it with your IP information. This personal data is not transferred to other data controllers. The processing of personal data through these cookies is based on the processing condition of "necessity for the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided that it does not harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject," in accordance with Article 5, paragraph 2(f) of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698.

Types of Cookies Based on Usage Duration

Session cookies: These are used to ensure the continuity of the session and are deleted when the user closes their browser.

Persistent cookies: These are not deleted when the internet browser is closed and are automatically deleted at a specified date or after a certain period. In this context, session and persistent cookies are used on our website according to their usage duration.

Types of Cookies Based on Usage Purpose

Cookies can be used for purposes such as strictly necessary, functional, or advertising/marketing. In this context, strictly necessary cookies are used on our website to provide the information society services you have explicitly requested. The processing of data is based on the condition of "necessity for the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided that it does not harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject."

You can submit your requests within the scope of Article 11, which regulates the rights of the data subject, of Law No. 6698, to the Personal Data Protection Authority in accordance with the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller.
